I want to thank you and your loving staff for the great care you have given my mother Sandy Johnson.
It’s been a difficult time for me and my siblings watching our mother reaching the end of her life but with your loving and attention to her, you have also helped us knowing she was taking care of in such a full way.
Thanks again and God bless you both.

Words cannot express the gratitude we feel towards SERENITY BOARD AND CARE. Helen, Joel, Beth, Evelyn and staff are the most amazing, caring, and compassionate caregivers. Our Aunt was a member of their community until her recent passing- The care she received duri ng
her stay was exceptional. We were blessed to have such special and loving care for so many people.
As difficult as it can be to place a loved one into a situation of round-the-clock care the people of SERENITY BOARD AND CARE made it a little easier. They welcome you warmly and embrace you as part of their family. Their professionalism and compassion allowed us to rest a little easier knowing that our Aunt was in good hands and was getting the best of care.
Thank you for all that you do.
David & Donna Lee.
My uncle became very ill the weekend in October, 2017 (when the horrible wildfires began in Sonoma County, California). He was hospitalized for almost two weeks. I live in Indiana and I needed to find a good care facility for him because, due to a pre-existing terminal condition that was progressing, he was unable to return to his home and live alone. I selected Serenity Board and Care and I will always be very grateful for the wonderful care he received. He was in a “home-like” atmosphere there with a staff who genuinely cared for and about him. I flew to Santa Rosa the first week in November, 2017 to check on him and see Serenity House for myself. I can’t describe how happy and relieved I was to meet Joel and Helen Trinidad and their staff and to witness, first hand, the care my uncle was given. I also chose Serenity House because residents there can also receive care from Hospice when it becomes necessary, as it did for my uncle for several weeks before he passed away on June 2, 2018.
Serenity Board and Care home provided wonderful care for my mother at the end of her life. I can’t imagine a better place for her to spend her last days. Helen, Joel, Beth and Leta are the most loving and committed people I have ever had the privilege to know.
They coordinated care with the hospice staff and made my mother as comfortable as was possible in her final weeks and days. They celebrated their residents birthdays with parties, complete with decorations and homemade food. All the families were invited. It is very homey and welcoming. I only wish I had been able to have had my mother there longer. I will continue to stop by and visit them to see how everyone is doing.
