Serenity Board and Care is an established residential care provider where the elderly can have an easy-going, stress-free lifestyle.
Here, our residents can take advantage of services such as:
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
- Healthy and well-balanced meals, including in-between snacks
- Medication management per doctor’s orders
- Stimulating mental and physical activities
- Transportation to medical and dental appointments
- Periodic health assessments
Living with us, you can expect compassionate caregiving that you will find nowhere else. We offer the following Levels of Care:
- Level 1 – Minimum assistance
- Level 2 – Total care including incontinence
- Level 3 – Total care and Hospice
We will assess the resident’s health conditions to determine the appropriate level of care. The level of care will also be established up on the residents admission or placement at Serenity Board and Care.
